Our Oil Mill

Until the oil is packaged it will create series of products and waste, the characteristics depend on the type of process used. The processing system of our mill is in two phases, it will produces alperujo, this type of residue has a high percentage of moisture and higher depletion in oils bear of a high burden organic character; it won’t produces alpechín since joined the pomade, lowering environmental impact. We have created a composting plant and transform advantage of this residue into organic fertilizer for olives.
